The Housing Bond Alliance are a not-for-profit organisation who provide Surety Bond Advisory, Facilitation and Consultancy services to the Social Housing Industry.

We exist to provide real bond solutions to the Social Housing Industry and it’s Supply Chain partners. Our Vision is to work with over 1500 Housing Associations throughout the United Kingdom before 2030.

Our purpose is to ensure the sufficient protection of Housing Associations, Employer Agents, and Principal Contractors, all of who are responsible for the building of nearly a third of all new homes in the United Kingdom.

As the UK’s leading housing association bond authority, our Social Housing Bond Officers consult with the industries stakeholders to ensure a continuous and robust solution is provided.

Our advisory network includes members of the Top 100 Law Firms, the ‘Big 4’ and RICS-registered technical consultants. Our ongoing support services are provided completely free of charge to all registered Housing Associations, and is funded through our Brokerage activities.
